TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SLAP, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Artist Accounts
A one-time $5 activation fee is required to sell on SLAP. This fee is non-refundable. Once activated, you may upload unlimited designs and sell indefinitely with no recurring charges.
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of any art you upload. You represent that you have all rights to the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, violate applicable law, or contain prohibited content (see Section 4).
4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks. SLAP reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules without prior notice.
5. Revenue & Fees
SLAP retains 4% of each sale. The remaining 96% is paid to the artist via Stripe. Payouts are subject to Stripe's terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for tax obligations arising from your sales — that is your responsibility as a seller.
6. Orders & Fulfillment
Orders are sent to our print partners and are non-cancellable once payment is confirmed. All sales are final. In the event of a print defect or shipping error on our part, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
SLAP is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to SLAP in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SLAP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
