1. What We Collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email, username, display name) and when making purchases (handled securely by Stripe — we never see your payment card details). We also collect usage data such as which pages you visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the platform, process orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates), and improve SLAP. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Artist Content

Sticker art you upload is stored on Cloudinary and linked to your public artist profile. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to the content and grant SLAP a license to display and print it on demand.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in (via NextAuth.js session tokens). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments, Cloudinary for image storage, and a PostgreSQL database hosted on a cloud provider. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
