1. What We Collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email, username, display name, bio) and when making purchases, including your shipping address (collected securely via Stripe Checkout — we never see your payment card details). We also collect basic usage data such as which pages you visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the platform, process and fulfill orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates), and improve SLAP. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Artist Content

Sticker art you upload is stored on our servers and linked to your public artist profile. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to the content and grant SLAP a license to display and print it on demand.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in (via NextAuth.js session tokens) and to power optional page translation (Google Translate). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. Each of these services has their own privacy policy. Sticker artwork is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third-party storage providers.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
